Client Service Manager - Financial Planning

Professional Financial Planning practice in Castle Hill needs an experienced and capable person to manage client services and administration to help us grow.

We are looking for someone with absolute attention to detail and great written and verbal communication skills who has worked or is working in a similar role within a financial advice practice.

You will be willing to take on new tasks as well as applying your existing knowledge to keep our office running efficiently and effectively to exceed our clients' expectations of quality service.

You will be part of an ethical, passionate, client focused and innovative team.

Essential:

• Good understanding of the financial services industry.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilise the features and functionality of appropriate financial planning software and other business systems.
• Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision, and work to often demanding deadlines.
• Staff management and supervision.
• Experienced and competent user of Xplan, Word, Excel.
• Attention to detail is vital.
• Ownership of workflow and any associated issues.
• Willingess to commit to our core values.
• Desire to help us build the business as we move into a new growth phase.
