E-Commerce/ Web Designer (www.powerflowperformance.com.au)

Join an Australian manufacturer and distributor of a large of range of aftermarket performance parts and complete systems and be a part of an evolving international e-commerce success story. We are searching for an e-commerce/Web Designer passionate about the internet and driven to develop the best international online sales and customer service.

Your role:

To evaluate e-Business opportunities & Maintain an e-Business website in conjunction with Director; Manage innovation and ongoing improvement; Manage e commerce project quality for business solutions/growth; Develop EdI systems; Identify new business market system utilising latest WEB communication technologies: Sales marketing imaging, eBay listing and company online shopping cart performance; System and processing of eBay/Web orders; and as requested by the Director.

·       Demonstrate a high level of initiative

·       Ability to work independently

·       Ability to learn new software rapidly

·       Technical/Tertiary qualifications required (Minimum Advanced Diploma of IT (e Commerce preferred)

Demonstrate IT skills:

·       High level of expertise and professionalism with Microsoft Office.

·       Strong skills in Application Development; Adobe, Photoshop and other APIs.

·       Thorough understanding of eBay/e-Commerce Web technologies, including both Web server types Microsoft and Blackthorne.

·       Knowledge of Search Engine application and ability to write code.

This role requires an all round performer with the desire to have an impact on the business. The environment is fast paced and offers a large scope of independence and variety in the role for the successful applicant.
