Elite Door & Tap Hardware is a well known, successful and growing family owned business that specialises in the sale of high quality door hardware and bathrooms fittings for the domestic and commercial building industry, as well as the inspired home renovator. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a complete solution, including; high quality product consultations, information and advice for installations and custom designs.

 

You will be responsible for:

 

• Providing timely sales solutions to individual and trade customers
• Listening to, understanding and anticipating customer requirements and providing them with accurate information and advice on our product range
• Undertaking creative visual merchandising
• Assisting with stock management
• All round store operations, including maintaining overall store presentation

 

To be considered you must:

        

• Be sales driven
• Be passionate about providing excellent service to our customers
• Have at least three years experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in design, Hardware or Homewares OR have a trade background and are seeking a new challenge
• Have knowledge of Door Hardware & Bathroom Fittings.
• The ability to quickly learn and apply technical information, including reading building plans and drawings
• Be able to work flexible retail hours, including Saturday mornings
• Have very good computer skills, including Excel and MYOB Retail Manager (desirable)
