Browse/View Our Resume Database

Job Seekers who visit JobsPLUS are encouraged to submit their resume and announce their availability to Australian Employers.

As a registered employer, you can freely

• browse our resume database, and
• receive a Daily CV Alert (by email) of new applicants matching your criteria.

Find a resume you like, and you can easily make contact with the job seeker using the details provided.

Some job seekers however may have additional privacy measures in place to limit "public" viewing of their resumes. In such a case, our system can send them an email seeking permission for you to view these details. Once granted, you'll be able to see the complete details of the job seeker.

Job Seeker details could include:

• a comprehensive "Career Objective" statement which is their major selling point.
• full personal details - name, address, DOB etc.
• details of their experience, skills and education, along with additional supporting information.
• Some applicants may have also included such extras as video Youtube resumes, downloadable documents, or links to relevant pages.

As you can see... there's lots of information available for you, the Employer, to make a sound decision about who to approach.

Job Vacancy Pricing

After you've used your first free vacancy (Australian advertisers only and NOT in the biz-op field), you will need to purchase additional credits to place further notices.

Great savings can be made for casual job vacancy advertisers! Our discounted rate is around 75% less than most other major Australian Job Boards (with single job ads @ $50 each for 30 days).

This means Aussie small business operators can now afford to effectively advertise their job vacancies on the Internet!

Regular advertisers and recruitment agencies can reap even more financial rewards, with our "standard" packages priced from just $10 to around $25 per advertisement per 30 days!

And our premium ads don't cost a fortune either! Premium ad placement (good for 45 days at the TOP of our category and search results) is available to all advertisers from just $20 per ad (Agency package rate) to $100/ad for "casual" advertisers.

The "Relaunch" of JobsPLUS & How It Affects You

The original idea behind JobsPLUS was started many years ago... in the "pioneer" days of the 'net. But in those early days, it never really got the momentum to take off!

Things are different in so many ways now, so JobsPLUS has been re-launched with a whole heap of new features and options!

Our recent relaunch means there are very few employers and job seekers currently registered. We hope that will change quickly, but in the early stages there will most likely be little action over the first few months of the relaunch.

Certain features of this site rely on job vacancies being posted by employers, and resumes being submitted by employers. And the more the merrier!

Obviously, this can take a little time to become fully useful to all advertisers... and depends on the number of employers and job seekers who register AND THEN use the JobsPLUS service.

And... "vicious circle" stuff here... the number of job seekers who use the service will depend on having a good number of employers registered with active vacancies advertised!

If our visitors don't find much, they won't be thrilled... which is why we also carry a "back-fill" of vacancies from other Australian job sites on the net to fill that gap and keep them coming back!

So I strongly encourage you to register and take advantage of your free vacancy notice to try out this service!
