Announce your availability and submit your resume to the Australian Employers using this site. Employers can contact you directly when a suitable position becomes available. Post your Resume NOWIf they don't, their advertisement will be deleted, or their account may be deleted or they may be barred from lodging any further ads if the offense is serious enough.
If you use the facilities provided by JobsPLUS to place advertisements (i.e. post Job Vacancies and/or Resumes) or make contact with other advertisers, then you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.
Conditions of Use
JobsPLUS can give NO guarantees about the authenticity of any information posted by advertisers (Job Seekers and/or Employers/Recruiters) on this site.
Neither can we guarantee the identity of the advertisers using this site.
Because we are NOT able to actively monitor all the content that gets published to this site, we can only hope that the information/people using the site are legitimate.
All users are encouraged to undertake due diligence when responding to any notice published on this site, ensuring they check the information provided before taking any significant action based on it. This is particularly important in relation to any Business Opportunities or Work From Home positions advertised on this site (1)
JobsPLUS reserves the right to remove without notice, any advertisement which it deems may be in breach of these terms and conditions, or in breach of relevant Australian legislation.
Posts will be removed if they are found to be misleading or inaccurate, and/or in breach of these conditions, when and if they are brought to our attention - please use our contact form to report any such instances.
JobsPLUS can not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or any other party in relation to any advertisement placed on this site.
Lawful Conduct
Employers are NOT entitled to request bank account details or other similar information from job applicants! Such information is commonly used for identity theft and/or phishing scams, so be careful WHO you give your details to.
Advertisers must not engage in any offensive, unlawful or threatening conduct when posting advertisements to this site. That includes posting any material which may be regarded as obscene and/or libelous.
Advertisements which may be in breach of any of the Trade Practices, Fair Trading, Anti-Discrimination or Equal Opportunity legislations in Australia, are not permitted and will be removed without notice.
Employers should advertise an ACTUAL job vacancy. Those which promote training courses, get-rich-quick schemes, MLM, etc could be removed without notice if they are posted in inappropriate categories, or do not contain significant information about the "opportunity" being offered (2)
Employers must not mislead people seeking employment in any way relating to the opportunity being offered.
The publishing of any material which contains deceptive, misleading or false information, or information which you have no legal right to publish, is not permitted (i.e. incorrect information regarding terms and conditions of employment or availability, falsifying your identity, or breaching the intellectual property rights of others).
JobsPLUS can review any advertisement at any time, and reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement at its discretion and without notice to the advertiser.
Advertiser Contact Details
The contact information of advertisers published on this site may only be used to enquire about employment opportunities, or to contact potential applicants.
Advertiser contact details must not "harvested" by anyone for the purpose of engaging in any unsolicited/unwelcome direct contact, or for sending spam emails.
Job Seeker Personal Information
The contact details of Job Seekers can ONLY be accessed by registered, logged in Employers.
Job seekers can choose to mark their resumes as "anonymous", where any fields which could specifically identify them are blocked from view.
Employers can "request" access to view these details. Only the job seeker can give an employer permission to do so. That permission can also be withdrawn at a later date, however you should realise the employer may already have recorded your details.
Liability
You agree to indemnify JobsPLUS for any liability or damages arising from your use of the web site.
We can not be held responsible in any way for any complaints or any dealings arising between employers and job applicants.
We can not warrant that any files uploaded/downloaded from this site will be free from infection and not contain viruses, worms and trojans etc. You are advised to scan any file you download from this site to ensure it is safe to view on your computer.
You are responsible for the security of your username and password used to log into JobsPLUS and for any subsequent misuse by other parties.
No Refunds
If an advertisement is removed for any breach of these conditions, any amounts paid to place that advertisement will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
If an employer account is terminated due to a breach of these requirements, any unused credits on that account will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
In all other cases - once purchased, credits cannot be refunded. Credits remain on your account and can be used to place future job advertisements.
Variations
JobsPLUS reserves the right to vary these conditions as needed and without notice.
Advertisers are expected to keep up to date with any changes in these terms of use
